Shipping policy

 

Shipping Information:

Orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder at the credit card billing address, with the following exceptions: Shipment to cardholder's Military, Fire/Police Department, or University address.

Most orders may also be shipped the cardholder's verifiable place of business. To expedite order processing, please include company name and phone number when shipping to a business.

The following services are offered to our customers within the United States:  USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. 

A signature may be requested upon delivery, at our discretion.

The following services are offered to our international customers:  USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail.

For Our International Customers:  Please allow 4-5 weeks for orders shipped First Class and 3-4 weeks for orders shipped Priority Mail (estimates do not include possible delays due to customs). Customers are responsible for any customs duties charged upon or following delivery.

Over-sized and/or heavy packages may require additional shipping costs.
