Important shipping information for our US customers
We normally ship by UPS, but have also utilized the Postal Service for customers with PO Box addresses. Because the US Postal Service has failed to honor valid insurance claims for lost shipments, some as large as $2,100.00, we ask that you use a physical address that is deliverable by UPS or FedEx.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but the poor business practices of the US Postal Service have made this necessary.  If a customer requires the use of a PO Box for delivery, please be aware that lost shipments will result in at least a 30 day delay before the reshipment of an order can be made.
