Leg irons. I’m sure that few cops have ever used them. But there’s a certain intrigue attached to them. Always reminds me of Paul Newman in “Cool Hand Luke”! They’re great to throw in the briefcase, or lay on your desk as a conversation piece. And if you happen to run across a speedy bad guy (or girl), they will definitely slow him (or her) down.
