Orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the credit card billing address, except when being shipped to a military, fire/police department, or university address. Shipment to any other address or person, other than the credit card holder, may require ID documentation, an emailed or faxed copy of the cardholder’s credit card and driver’s license. Our Guarantee and Return Policy:
With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.
EXCEPTIONS: Although we cannot guarantee your picking skills, SouthOrd® Lock Picks are warranted again defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days.
- SouthOrd MAX® Lock Picks are guaranteed for life.
- SouthOrd® Electric picks are warranted for 6 months.
This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. Lock picks may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.
Books are not returnable, and video tapes, DVD's and CD's may be returned for replacement if defective.
Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable
